As a small agency without technical staff, we rely on Sanders Communication Services for all of our telephone needs. When our old telephone system went out the week before Christmas during a very busy initial Medicare Prescription Drug enrollment time, they quickly installed a temporary system to get us up and running. They then gave us the low bid on a new system, which they got ordered over the holiday and set up on December 28. Their training and follow-up support has been superb. We are fortunate to have this dedicated and efficient communications company to call on.

Doug even took this vendor on a tour of our plant because I had a problem that I had to deal with.
